Why did we create Kata? What drives us to get up every day and cook for you?

The answer is simple: TO SHARE.

To share our love for gastronomy, to share our culinary knowledge, to share our pleasure in trying all kinds of foods, spices, sauces,... and to share it with you by creating recipes from all over the world.

We named our company Gastronomía Low Cost S.L., because this is our great WHY. We want to bring GASTRONOMY (yes, in capital letters) to every budget.

We forego unaffordable products for an everyday menu in exchange for FLAVOR and more flavor. Flavor through marinades, sauces, spices, slow cooking,...

Our main goal is to make your meals not just simple acts of nourishment, but acts of pleasure, of discovering new flavors, of approaching the world of gastronomy that we love so much.

And our way of transporting you to our world is with the "Cuina en moviment" (Cuisine in motion) concept. Through real movement (with our conveyor belts and now with our takeaway food) and the "movement" of our recipes. Their evolution, the combination of products from one country in recipes from another, always with the honesty and culinary knowledge of our chefs.
